Valentina Pakyntein, Khasi, India

Ms. Valentina Pakyntein, is Assistant Professor, Anthropology in North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya, India, for the last 15 years. She is doing research among the Matrilineal Khasi of Meghalaya, and a number of insightful Articles have been published by her relating to the Khasi Society, being herself a member of the community.
